When wrote this list I was in Startup mode, and it was an idea I captured after a run — the title was:
“Things you need for a startup as well as a trail run in the rain.”
I think there were 10.
While cleaning up Evernote, and inspired by this incredible post by Scott Belsky — “some sunday thoughts on running”, my attention piqued so I decided to refine and share. Who knows, maybe I’ll work on as series of articles or books: “A Trail Runners Guide — …”
The items on this list resonate with me as things I need to continually cultivate. And broadly these are good things for whatever type of vocational path you’re on. So here are:

Maybe good running shoes too … and likeminded companions who also like to run in the rain would also fit on the list. :)
